Are ProductPro glasses recyclable?

Today, plastics are a hot topic and as an environmentally aware manufacturer we ensure all of our products are covered by current legislation and are easily recyclable. To find out more information please go our page about recycling

How soon can I expect to receive my order once it is placed?

If you place your order before 2pm, we'll aim and likely dispatch on the same day. Orders received after this will usually go out the next day, with the exception of Saturday. You should receive an email notification alerting you of dispatch. All our orders are sent via Amazon Shipping, the Royal Mail or UPS, please check our delivery & returns page for more information.

My glasses have arrived broken..

We are really sorry to hear your glasses did not arrive as both you and we would have liked. Whilst breakages are rare, they do happen despite our best efforts. Please email us a picture of the damages and we'll resolve this for you immediately. You can also message us via instagram or facebook

Are your biodegradable glasses reusable?

The flutes are designed to be single use disposable products but a number of customers (and ourselves!) have told us that with gentle hand washing they've used them 2 or 3 times over. Obviously we cannot guarantee that this will be true for all, so if you are looking for a genuine washable, reusable flute please click here
